Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number
All returns must be made within 30 days from the order date. We highly recommend that you inspect each product carefully upon receipt, as this will allow us to correct any issues in a timely manner.
If there are any errors that were made on your order, please contact us by phone at 866-966-5885 or email email@example.com. You will need to have the following information available at the time you contact us; your name, order number, item number of the product you wish to return, size (if it’s a ring you are returning) and the reason for the return.
If you are unable to contact us right away, be sure to call or email us within ten (10) business days upon receiving your package. If you contact us past this ten (10) day period, we may be limited in how we are able to best assist you.
Instructions on How to Make a Return
All items that are being returned to The Lustro Hut should be in a protective package, such as a padded envelope. We will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged due to unsecured packaging. Important: Some fashion jewelry items consist of several parts or pieces. In order to receive a credit or a replacement, the entire item must be returned. This is particularly true for wedding ring sets (you must return both/all rings from the set, or we cannot accept your return).
Please be advised that we do not accept any items that have been worn, altered, or returned passed the 30 day return period.

Please be careful: You should NOT write “jewelry”, or other jewelry-related words anywhere on the package as this invites possible theft.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If your fashion jewelry order contains any incorrect, damaged, or defective items, please contact us right away. We have policies in place to take care of such issues for you, and we welcome the chance to make things right. Please refer to the information below for further assistance:
Incorrectly shipped items can either be exchanged with the correct item or receive a full refund.
Damaged items can either be replaced with a brand new item or receive a full refund.
Please note that, if you choose to receive a replacement, the postage amount you pay to return the merchandise will not be refunded because we will be sending you your replacement for free of charge.
Any non-defective items that are being returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
